更(gēng)新時間：2021-09-22 點擊(jī)次(cì)數：1832次(cì)1， 電(diàn)刷： 應根(gēn)據(jù)移(yí)動用電設備使(shǐ)用(yòng)情(qíng)況每1—3個月檢查(chá)一(yī)次(cì)。重(zhòng)點(diǎn)檢(jiǎn)查集電器電刷(shuā)的磨(mó)損情況(kuàng)，若磨損(sǔn)量≥5mm時(shí)，必(bì)須更換(huàn)。檢查(chá)時(shí)若(ruò)發(fā)現電刷(shuā)鬆動或發(fā)生(shēng)磨(mó)損(sǔn)偏斜時，應查明原因(yīn)，及(jí)時處理。

2， 集電器(qì)：至少每季(jì)度(dù)檢查(chá)一(yī)次。重點檢查緊固件有(yǒu)無(wú)鬆(sōng)動，移(yí)位及塑料(liào)件和(hé)活動(dòng)件磨損情(qíng)況，檢查(chá)彈簧拉力(lì)（集(jí)電(diàn)器電刷與導(dǎo)軌(guǐ)的接觸壓力應保持一(yī)定壓力(lì)（見(jiàn)下表(biǎo)）。發(fā)現問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理(lǐ)。
2, the collector: at least quarterly check once a. 4， 日常(cháng)檢查(chá)：重(zhòng)點(diǎn)檢(jiǎn)查軌(guǐ)道(dào)的平(píng)直(zhí)度有(yǒu)無明顯偏(piān)差(chà)（大(dà)於20mm），錯(cuò)位(wèi)，絕緣(yuán)保護件有無(wú)脫落(là)，斷(duàn)裂，破損，不鏽(xiù)鋼“v"型(xíng)槽有無翹(qiáo)起；軌道(dào)上有無異物及導(dǎo)電粉塵等(děng)。必(bì)要時應(yīng)檢(jiǎn)測其絕緣(yuán)電阻是(shì)否(fǒu)符合(hé)要求(qiú)（相間絕緣(yuán)電阻(zǔ)應(yīng)≥5MΩ）。
