主要(yào)原(yuán)因：電刷在(zài)導(dǎo)管中爬坡；電刷(shuā)磨(mó)損嚴重，無(wú)法(fǎ)觸及導體；導體(tǐ)接(jiē)頭不平整；單(dān)集電器使(shǐ)用；導軌接頭鬆脫。
The main reason: brush in the conduit climbing; brush wear serious, can not touch the conductor; the conductor joint roughness; single collector; rail joint loosening.
處理(lǐ)方(fāng)法(fǎ)：檢測(cè)集電器是否(fǒu)磨損嚴重，更換(huàn)集電(diàn)器；更換(huàn)電(diàn)刷；重(zhòng)新(xīn)調(tiáo)整連接(jiē)節(jié)點(diǎn)；采(cǎi)用雙刷集(jí)電器；重(zhòng)新調(tiáo)整擰緊連(lián)接螺(luó)釘。

處理(lǐ)方法：更換(huàn)，修正(zhèng)彈(dàn)簧壓力；更換牽(qiān)引撥叉或(huò)修(xiū)正(zhèng)牽(qiān)引器撥叉(chā)。
